The Castillo Hotel Son Vida is a Grande Luxe hotel situated above Mallorca's capital city, with views over Palma Bay and is one of three fine 5 star hotels that form the Arabella Golf and Spa Resort.
The hotel has been developed from an old Mallorcan country house and is filled with fine antiques and paintings giving it a very historic and comfortable feel. With beautiful gardens and a view over the Son Vida golf course, this luxurious hotel provides a unique golfing holiday.
Guests staying here can also enjoy the facilities at the two other 5 star hotels on the resort and you will be spoilt for choice for your evening meal especially if you decide to stay on half-board. The Castillo Son Vida offers two excellent restaurants with fine cuisine and a good wine cellar and the Restaurant El Castell enjoys magnificent views across to the sea. The sister hotel ArabellaSheraton boasts a Michelin starred restaurant which shouldn't be missed!
With all this fine dining, it is fortunate that there is plenty of golf on offer here with three courses belonging to the resort itself. Son Vida is the oldest and the most well known course here, while Son Muntaner and the recently opened Son Quint are equally well worth playing.

Halfboard ‘Dine Around’ – Guests staying at either hotel can enjoy a meal at the following restaurants within the Arabella Golf & Spa Resort, Mallorca :- Restaurant S’Aigua at the Mardavell Hotel & Spa; Gourmet Restaurant Plat d’Or and Restaurant Foravila at the ArabellaSheraton Golf Hotel Son Vida; and the Restaurant Es Castell at the Castillo Hotel Son Vida. Shuttle bus transfers are available at specific times.

Golf
Guests staying at the Castillo Son Vida and at the ArabellaSheraton can enjoy the use of the excellent Son Muntaner golf course, just 5 minutes away, with preferential green fees, as well as the Son Vida golf course and the new Son Quint golf course, opening in September 2007.
Guests playing a round of golf also have complimentary use of the driving range with unlimited balls; a complimentary bottle of water; and complimentary cleaning of clubs after a round of golf. Use of the driving range only will be charged at €15 per person per day.
There is also a golf academy and a complimentary shuttle service from the hotels to the courses.
